Sue Colverson

Global & Community Mobilisation Pastor

Sue Colverson currently serves as the Global and Community Mobilisation Pastor, providing pathways for people to move out and connect with community both locally and overseas.
Sue married in 1972, and with her husband Jim, raised sons Sam and Andrew, both of whom are married and active in their local churches. In 2013 our first granddaughter Ava arrived.
Sue pastored for 8 years before moving with her husband to the remote Indigenous Communities of Arnhem Land in the Northern Territory where she worked in Community and Business Development for 3 years.  On returning home Sue joined the Discovery Staff and thrives on the variety this role offers.

Sue believes that by being intentional in building relationships and modelling Christ others will come to see there is hope and a future freely available in Christ for them as well.

In her spare time Sue is working amongst her herbaceous borders, lost in the joys of weeding and pruning or perhaps cooking up an Indian banquet for her family and friends.
